Free “Social Media Formula” Feedback Sign

Here’s an original Ravensteed idea….and you saw it here first, because we were the first to come up with it!

If your customers are happy with you, you want them talking to everyone.  If they’re not happy, you certainly want them talking to you first.

The problem is, it’s all too often just the opposite that happens.  A happy customer is usually a quiet customer, but an unhappy customer has limitless time and energy to tell everyone they know all about what’s making them unhappy.

What’s needed is a way to steer things back to happening the other way ’round.

One way to help this goal along would be to place a sign in a location where your customers will see it, reminding them of the social networks they use, and reminding them to tell people about you if they liked the service you gave them.

Equally important, of course, is an invitation on the same sign asking them not to hesitate to talk to you if they’re not happy, so that you can make it right… And then, making it right!  Not only will this give you a happy customer, but going that extra mile to make them happy might give them something positive to go home and talk about on those social networks.
